The management of the institute has developed a quality policy to enhance the training criteria as discipline, skill and overall performance of the trainees. With a view to turn out trained enough/suitable trainees capable of working in any adverse situation in their service as well as in their life.
The policy is displayed at different locations like Nursing Lab, library, classrooms etc. The quality policy and quality objectives are being communicated to employees to fulfill the objectives of the management a review meeting has been set up which will look into the matter and suggest the guidelines to check the shortcomings.
(a) In case of serious illness or any emergency reasons leave is taken or extended during the academic year; will have to be adjusted by extending the student period. In case a student has less than 80% clinical attendance in clinical and theory; she will have to complete it before the final exam of each year.
(b) All the institutional holidays will be observed by the college.
(c) Vacations are planned according to the programmes of study of each year.
(d) The minimum pass marks shall be SO% in each of the theory and practical papers separately.
A candidate must have a minimum of 80% attendance (irrespective of the kind of absence) in theory and practical in each subject for appearing for examination.
(a) There will be an entrance examination conducted by the institution, Candidate will be selected according to their merit.
(b) Th e minimum age for entrance examination is completion of 17 years and not more than 35 years on the date of admission
(c) The candidate must have pa ss ed the10+2.or equivalent examination
(d) The minimum pass marks shall be SO% in each of the theory and practical papers separately.
The candidate should be fit and have to submit the prescribed medical certificate duly filled and signed by the candidate and Civil Surgeon.
Student can avail leave and other vacation up to 4 weeks which is granted by the Principal. Parents and guardians are requested to not encourage their ward to take leave from the College. Any kind of leave is admissible only with the permission of Principal but this also will not be taken into account of relaxation in the attendance requirement
The Governing Body of the Institute, on the recommendation of the Principal, reserves the right to remove from the Institute rolls, the name of student orpunish her/him otherwise for :-
(a) Failure to pay college or hostel fee in time.
(b) Failure to execute and agreement by parents/guardians of the students within 15 days of the date of admission
(c) The candidate must have pa ss ed the10+2.or equivalent examination
(d) Failure to come up to the prescribed standards o unsatisfactory behavior. Participation in an political social demonstration.
(e) Being involved or having been involved in the past in a criminal case.
(f) Indulging in any activity derogatory tothe college.
(g) Consumption or possession of narcotic drugs/liquor.
A student will be liable to immediate rustication be the Principal, if in their opinion, the student behaves in a manner subversive of discipline or any other offence.
Identity card is must for every student as he/she make be asked to show it on demand as and when required by:BASUDEO INSTITUTE OF NURSING SCIENCE
(a) In Institution's library only valid ID card holders will be eligible to use the library facilities
(b) The students can get books/magazine Issued from the library for stipulated time. Overdue charge of Rs. 10/- per day will be charged.
(c) In case of loss or damage to the book, student with have to bear the expense of the book or replace the same.e and agreement by he students within 15 mission
(d) In the case of loss or damage of library card duplicate card (on cost will be issued on the submission of a written request
